My appliance is leaking from the bottom of the door, what should I do?

If there is water leaking from the bottom of your dishwasher’s door, check to make sure there is nothing caught in the door seal. Additionally, check to see if the water drain hose is clogged or twisted, or if the pump filter is clogged. We recommend you clean or flatten the hose, or clean the pump filter, to help prevent your dishwasher from leaking in the future.

It is important to clean your machine’s interior and exterior on a regular basis. By regularly cleaning your appliance, you can protect your appliance from damage, prolonging the life of your dishwasher. For easy-to follow instructions and videos that explain how to clean your dishwasher, check out our dedicated how to clean a dishwasher guide.

If, after checking the hose and pump filter, your dishwasher is still leaking, consult your dishwasher manual. If you have lost of misplaced your manual, click here to download a copy.
