  1. Open to Ireland residents, except employees of Beko plc (the “Promoter”) and their immediate families and each of its group companies, their agents and anyone connected to this Promotion (including without limitation owners, employees and immediate families of persons offering this Promotion through their establishment).
  2. The Beko Ireland AM Challenge runs from 30th April to 12th May
  3. Web entrants will be required to supply their name, email address, home address and a contact telephone number along with any other details.
  4. Entrants must be available to appear on Ireland AM on a date of Beko’s choosing for the Final Challenge.
  5. Only one entry allowed per person, and videos must be no longer than 60 seconds and must be your own unique video.
  6. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material.
  7. Prize: 9kg washing machine.
  8. To enter, fill in your details on the online entry form at www.beko.ie/ireland-am with a link to your video.
  9. Video links will be accepted from the following websites:
    1. Youtube.com;
    2. Vimeo;
    3. Instagram Video;
    4. Vine Video;
    5. Personal blog (wordpress.com or blogger.com); or
    6. Facebook video.
  10. Or if sending a photo, e-mail it to [email protected]
  11. No other format will be considered for entry.
  12. By entering in to this competition the Promoter has the right to use the footage for marketing purposes.
  13. Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase necessary.
  14. Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties are not permitted.
  15. No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  16. The winner must be 18 years of age or over
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
  18. Entries must be received by the Promoter on or before Thursday 8th May 2014 at 23:59 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason by the Closing Date, whether lost, delayed or otherwise.
  19. The three Challengers will be selected on Friday 9th May 2014 and the Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  20. The winning Challenger will be chosen on the show on Monday 12th May.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to:
    1. disqualify any entrant which the Promoter believes has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions;
    2. select an alternative winner in respect of the prizes won; or
    3. amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
  22. Winners may be asked to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shoots and interviews).
  23. Winners may be asked to demonstrate that they created their video entry.
  24. This Promotion will be governed by the laws of Ireland.
